My latest acquisition :
Spyderco Para 3 Cobalt Blue G-10 (SPY 27 blade) .
My second one .
I put my Cruwear blade in it .
I don't "get" Micarta . I tried . Seems like a handle made of suede that shows every stain that comes along .
Love the grippier G-10 especially this particular blue .
My other one is my modded / shortened blade SPY 27 "box knife " like blade shape . For detail work . Is killer on those tough plastic bubble packages .
Was using both at work today .
So is a "matched set " now . (one regular blade and one short Wharncliffe blade) .

I agree Spyderco cobalt blue is a great G10 color - got my Manix 2 last week


Latest acquisition however is a PM2 LW in 15V

Maybe, if it just needs a spring made it should be doable...but I'd think Benchmade could have done that. If it's something else mechanical it may not be repairable without a donor parts knife.

That was the explanation I received from Benchmade as well. It’s now in a framed shadowbox here at my home. Many thanks to both members for their comments & concerns.
