Bought time we see some nicely etched blades around here .
Reminds me of the knife making team of David Boye and Francine Martin .
Thanks for posting that one ! ! !

I carried and used today both a Cold Steel Code 4 with Ti colored Aluminum handle and S35VN blade
and
A Benchmade 940 with the old Standard Green Aluminum handle with purple ano Ti spine / spacer ; blade thinned and fully convexed from edge to spine ; some what thin behind the edge and polished sharpening bevels .

Haha I was cutting rectangles out of the side of some double wall corrugated cardboard with the Code 4 . When I finished the blade was hot .
Cold Steel / Hot Blade . . . get it ?

I said I would never pay this much for a knife again. But then I saw this Mini Arius in that den of iniquity, otherwise known as the exchange, and … I don’t know … I just had to do it. It’s everything everybody says Koenig is. The action is unlike anything else I’ve had. My only minor complaint is that it’s difficult to thumb-roll open because of the placement of the frame lock; but that’s more than mitigated by the ease with which it can be spydie-flicked. I’m not sure just what I’m going to do with it yet, but it’s pretty darn nice.
