I believe the Canadian import ban only applies to filppers and AOs.

It should still be fine to import normal folding knives with thumbstud/thumbhole-only opening methods. And backlocks. Which means that Spyderco and Buck are still open options for your knife cravings. I notice that Kershaw is also putting out mode manual and KVT folders with thumbstuds.
