Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Today, I hit the 'Buy Now' button on a Tops Frog Market Special fixed blade, a Spyderco Ikuchi, and a LionSteel Bestman single clip point M390 blade with carbon fiber covers. :)
Kind of brings back that December 21 kind of feeling, huh?
Especially looking forward to trying the FMS...

I have one of these inbound - really looking forward to this, as the blade shape, size, and steel is just right for me.

I've picked up most lower to mid-range knives from all the companies that are recommended on a regular basis... But I could never really bring myself to pick up an Zero Tolerance. I don't like assisted knives and I don't often carry a knife with over a 3.25" blade, so there just aren't many option from ZT for someone like me.

Enter the ZT 0450! This thing is awesome! I'm kicking myself for waiting this long to pick up my first Zero Tolerance because I have apparently been missing out. The size and action on this thing is absolutely perfect. Now to start customizing it!

A birthday present from my wife also came in today. It's a Boker barlow with an acid washed O1 steel blade and covers made from original oak foundations reclaimed from Castle Burg in Solingen Germany which was completed in 1133. Only 1133 made. :D

The Olamic Cutlery Busker I had made also came in today... But I'll leave those pics for tomorrow. :)

I received the Benchmade Bugout today. Let's just say I was VERY disappointed. Gritty AXIS lock, off center blade that rubbed and while the blade itself is great, the rest of it can't hold a candle to my Griptilian. Already boxed up for the return. I called Benchmade first and I either caught the rep off guard or he was just honest but his opinion was, basically, yup, not our best effort. Apparent redesign for 2020 to address some of the issues.
