Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Received a Civivi Imperium a couple of days ago. My first Civivi.
it is a VERY VERY nice knife for this price range.
I’ve been playing with it for the past couple days, here’s my thoughts so far.
The action is awesome. Smooth and snappy flipping action with multiple deployment methods. It’s my first front flipper, and I am really enjoying something new.
Locks up solid with no blade play at all. The blade is just very very slightly off center. I may be able to adjust that out.
Ghost green/Jade G10 looks awesome and has some nice texturing.
Good ergonomics with just a small hot spot on the clip. Which I have found is common/expected with deep carry clips. This one has a nice deep carry clip.
Blade was very sharp out of the box, and has held up well over the past few days of heavy use. Will see how long before I need to touch up.
On mine the liner lock and thumb studs are a little sharp. I’m just going to knock down the sharp edges with a file and stone, then It should be perfect.
At $68, I think this is an excellent value.
I will happily grab a couple of other Civivi models after this experienc.

I'm seriously considering picking up the Damascus/Olive Green Micarta version. I have a CF/Damascus Exarch and Damascus Mckenna, both are fantastic.

I was really torn between the Damascus/Dark Green Micarta but I just loved the Jade. Wish they had a Damascus/Jade, lol.

Wanted to upgrade my work knife, took a look at all of the knives I've purchased over that last year and picked which one I liked the most and chose a cheaper version to carry at work.

Pretty boring to most here I'm sure, but still was super excited to flip it open for the first time!

Para 3 has everything I like, compression lock, easy/multiple deployment, great ergos, not too big/small blade, jimping is on point, able to choke up and deep clip carry available. If Spyderco ever makes a tanto PM3, it would be the perfect knife IMO.

I am amazed how much lighter this version is, liking it alot more than I thought I would.

Enjoy it, I love my lightweight PM3!

I actually like the LW Para 3 better. The lanyard hole is in a much better location IMO. Plus, mine is CPM-Spy27...

Wasn’t that one submitted for a military contract? I remember them, hard to find nowadays and rather pricey
I'm not sure about that, I'd have to poke around a bit. Definitely a cool piece, and I needed a Blackie Collins Bolt lock for the collection...don't see them much so I snagged it:)
