Well done on your GB2 purchase! Finest knife that Spyderco currently makes in terms of fit and finish. I hope that you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine! I recently bought a back up, just in case!I finally broke down and bought one of these. Not sure why I waited so long. Sorry for the bad lighting in the pics.View attachment 1761680View attachment 1761681 Thank
Oh what did you do!!
I like the way you think but my wallet hurts after the week I’ve had… I need to let it heal up a little. Now you need Gail Bradley 1 to find out what you’ve being missing…![]()
It is very nice. It’s the first one I’ve been able to handle so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It certainly doesn’t disappoint. I wouldn’t mind picking up another but I’m trying to track down a couple other models first.Well done on your GB2 purchase! Finest knife that Spyderco currently makes in terms of fit and finish. It's going to need to heal up quite a lot, because whatI like the way you think but my wallet hurts after the week I’ve had… I need to let it heal up a little.
Haha I’m aware they are held dear these days. My wallet is still smoldering. Can’t complain though, the local shop got some pretty cool stuff in last week. I threw money at them as fast as I could. It's going to need to heal up quite a lot, because whatPOCEH KOCEB isn't telling you is that GB1s are rather dear these days.
I regret selling mine sometimes, that's for sure! Congrats on the GB2 score, by the way!
Those always struck me as a great example of simplicity but with ultimate practicality. It's a great design.
It's a keeper for me. The quality is fantastic and the action is superb. It's that good!View attachment 1758404
Agreed. They’re not pretty, but I will always have a couple in my collection. I’ve kept one in the backhoe for years, and that knife has definitely earned it’s keep. Those always struck me as a great example of simplicity but with ultimate practicality. It's a great design.
