Got and returned the CRKT Venandi, I wanted a little stronger action but I would get sprint run in better steel. I exchanged the Venandi for the CS Kiridashi which came sharper and a little more comfortable in hand.

I was trying to hold off buying anymore new knives for a while, after my early year splurge, but did intend to get the Zero Tolerance Emerson sometime this spring-summer. Then one of my local knife stores had a 40% off sale on the Zero Tolerance: 0022 Galyean, 0460TI Sinkevich Titanium, and the 0640CF Emerson. I managed to snag the Emerson I wanted, but just missed out on also getting the Sinkevich before they were gone. I'm not sure if the store owner had a sailboat payment they needed to make or braces for their kid to pay for, but I was glad to help.
