Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Came across a shop while out of town and he had a couple that I’ve been looking for!

Just got a Buck 112 Ranger Sport in the mail. Overall, I like it. Removable scales was the selling point for me. I plan on making several scales for it, which should be cool. I absolutely despise the thumbstud though. :poop:

Like I said earlier, I suddenly have a thing for black blades, so I picked up some Flytanium Ti scales for a new black Para 2 I ordered. Nice, except for when I was pulling off the original scales the lanyard tube went flying off into oblivion. I heard it dink against the garage floor, thankfully missing the brand new Jeep and three Harleys who live there... But its gone forever. So I ordered a replacement Ti plug for it.

Looks pretty good. Needs some scratches and gouges though ;-)

For now:

Two recently acquired Spyderco Mules.

A MT03 S90V purchased on EB and MT18 S110V received in trade for 1 or 2 MT35 Magnacuts that I purchased upon release directly from Spyderco.

Makes a total of 8 Mules now in my collection:

From top to bottom on the left:

1) M390 (MT11)
2) 20CV (MT23)
3) LC200N (MT25)
4) Magnacut (MT35)

From top to bottom on the right:

5) Z-Max (MT29)
6) S110V (MT18)
7) S90V (MT03)
8) S45V (MT31)

The only other Mules that I'm still looking for are an M4 (MT02) and Elmax (MT13). Saw a couple on EB a while ago but the asking price was too high.

The search continues . . . in the meantime I plan to order some more scales to "clothe" the naked 20CV, S110V and S90V blanks. ;)

I got my hands on two absolutely fantastic examples in these two, sourced from two members here who were great to deal with:

Two beautiful knives in M4!! The GB1 especially was a knife I'd been keeping an eye out for for a long time, because I had purchased one waaaayy back when I joined up here, and had sold that knife some years ago now. It's funny how some knives, you sell and move on from and then years later, you just suddenly need to have one again. That was the GB1 for me!
