Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Knifecenter is taking its sweet time. Apparently my mother ordered me a knife for my birthday 3 weeks ago. Leaving to go to Texas for a week on Tuesday, hopefully it will arrive Monday. Not sure it will survive a week on my porch without getting stolen.

Yes sir, just the two sizes. The perspective is just a little bit off in the photo. (I do wish there was a 3.5” size tho.)

The latest in my quest to fill my collection's shrinking void of short fixed blades netted me a White River M1 Pro Backpacker. The model with the scales I wanted was sold out, but they had a scale conversion kit (they even included an Allen key!), so I bought it along with the Paracord handled model. The price is pretty much the same and I get some cord out of the deal. The box they ship their knives in is a nice touch. Even before I perform a scaletectomy on this knife, the ergonomics are every bit as exceptional as I've heard they are from numerous reviewers. This could easily become one of my favourite fixed blades.

Back in office and need more pocket subtlety, (thin profile, small pocket presence) lots of recs here…went with 2 MKM (Italian knife co-op, not the sex cult), Jens Anso Goccia (redcf/m390) and the Terzuola Maximo(ti/m390). Should arrive later this week from KC. Will add these to the office pool of multiple (under 3.25) Lion Steel BnL (olive wood and cf), Enzo Birk 75 (ironwood and cf), PM3 blurpie, Native 5 (fluted cf/s90v, will be sold soon), Pattadese (will be sold soon), Bugout (s90v/cf, love it!), and Osborne (cf/90v, shitty QC, got it fixed, love it now).
