I've been mostly focused on smaller fixed blades for the last six months, filling the hole in my collection, and I think I'm most of the way done for the moment, but there are still a few I desire.

Until recently I've been plenty satisfied with Protech auto's and then various flippers (Malibu, Hinderer, ZT). Then I began to wonder what all the fuss was with Demko's so I bought a 20.5 on the exchange here, then another. I was/am very impressed with the shark lock, then...what the hell is this Scorpion Lock?
Can't afford the Demko, but found out Cold Steel makes a production model (thanks BF!). So I bought an AD15 here, thanks S Spydie_Friday . Definitely not an EDC for me but I love this bulky badass knife. I WILL find a use for it!

That looks fun, and it's very tempting. I ordered and then canceled an AD-10 Lite last night, figuring that it's too heavy (6.5oz) and fat (0.68") to replace my Code-4 in S35VN. I just loved it's beefy looking Tanto blade that looks like it could punch holes in a solid steel door

This came in recently, and I finally got around to snapping pictures - a Microtech Ultratech Bounty Hunter with Tanto blade. I wasn't sure I will keep it because I like the shorter handle on the Microtech UTX-85 and Trooden (or Hera) just a little more; but I'm keeping it for now.

I really do like the great job they did aging the finish without making it look bad - I'd have just trashed it trying to make it look antiqued, while this paint job is surface only and does NOT have any tactile scratches that actually go into the metal. I also like that they deleted all the usual Microtech engravings that usually clutter their blades.

Maybe if I snag a bounty hunter in the shorter sizes I'll pass this one on to someone else, but it stays for now unless Boba Fett wants it back.

Been trying to talk myself into buying a Bounty Hunter Exocet, telling myself it could also sub as a money clip and just carry an ID, CC and some cash but I'd probably never do that, maybe I'll convince myself one day.

Bittersweet pick up from CapCityCustoms.
Unfortunately I’m going to have to move it. Long story short I’m a lefty and I forgot to disclose that . Some of the Frag pattern was left off under the clip( RH carry) so fhe clip would sit flush against the scale. It likely wouldn’t be possible to get the Frag finished on the lefty show side. I’m too OCD to deal with it. Oh well, I live and I learn.

In my opinion this is one of the best mod jobs I’ve seen him do! He actually drilled 3 holes and inserted brass pins. It’s gorgeous!
