Thanks for the info. I’m fine with it myself, as I own a lot of autos; however, it is quite snappy and wants to jump if you don't have a good grip. I don’t limp wrist when shooting nor when opening a knife, so it’s all good here.^^ the 0770CF is NOT great with the bar removed. It sucks, actually. Many reviews out there where they’ve removed the bar and ended up putting it back in. I tried it first day I got it and quickly returned it back to assisted. A shame as it’s a great knife and I really can’t stand SpeedSafe. But enjoy if that’s your thing!![]()
That must be an Isham design...
What happened to it, and/or is that grind original?!I must have a thing for these knives...
This one was for sale by a member here, and I couldn't resist.
Thanks Colin!

They offered it in their Cyclone where there was a little switch that would change it from manual to assisted. I believe it was on all the Cyclones and mini Cyclones. I used to have a Ti mini Cyclone with ZDP-189 blade that had it.^^ Maybe one day KAI will offer both assisted and non in the same knife! Never happen but we can dream.
Its a "bought-used" knife. I'm not worried about that...What happened to it, and/or is that grind original?!
I haven't handled one, so I don't know what is typical. I was just wondering if the vertical grind scratches that go way up past the bevel are original. Its a "bought-used" knife. I'm not worried about that...
Which Swamp Rat is that? I really like it!
