I just got my new cub yesterday (Firedog canvas and mosaic pins). I love the way it fits my hand. I think it will be one of my favorites. Enjoy it!

My wife wanted a dog for Christmas so I found this little guy at the humane society 2-3 weeks ago. She told me to get whatever I wanted and she would wrap it. The Junglas was a complete surprise though. The other 3 are spares of some of my favorites. Strike while the iron is hot!!!

Merry Christmas! My good friends got me CS Luzon. Perfect timing, I’m heading to the Philippines next week so it will be my carry.

My daughter got me an Ozark Trail 7 inch Hunter in wood and stainless. While I know it is a budget knife, I kind of like it, small but it came sharp, I like this size knife ( small fixed blades ) and I know it will be keep the edge for a short time, it is a quick grab and will cut. Neat and inexpensive. Looked here in BF and found some comment, but was trying to find out what steel, so I assume something like 7CrMo13 or whatever alphabet soup combination from China.

I also got a few inexpensive knives to try like the copper handled Kershaw in D2, a RR folding camp knife like a SA( in carbon steel ), and a locking Spyderco Byrd knife.I like them, the RR is a little thicker than I though would be, but maybe it will be more stout.
