Thanks sir, greatly appreciated, will be a handy shop knife for sure, the blade is ground down quite thin and arrived fairly keen already! I added a lanyard on there to help draw the knife,

Just got this lightly used Remi Lavialle Lultrafort in today, and it's a spectacular knife!

I've seen that stated somewhere, that Remi apprenticed under David, but there's very little public info, marketing, etc, for Remi so I don't know for sure. But like you said, many similarities. Reminds me of the knives from Guthrie and Marais.

Yea, it's always interesting seeing what apprentices from major makers come up with. Remi's knives are very cool! Yea that's another good example, also something like Tom Mayo and Kevin Foster.
