#004 - Kizer Sheepdog "Rabbit Hole"

I'm a sucker for a medium non-flipper Sheepdog plus orange g10 and I'm all in! I've got to say though, I'm starting to wonder if the rabbit hole thing was actually an evil commie plot to flay the skin off the thumbs of the unsuspecting. Those ears are SHARP! This one is middle finger flick only folks.

Two more knives on order came in today, instead of Saturday.

First is my Spartan SHF 3.25" Damascus with bronze hardware. The action on this is excellent, and it flicks open quickly with a thumb or my middle finger in a reverse flick. It feels much smaller in the hand than the full size model for some reason, at least more than expected.

Somehow I have another one of these Damascus 3,.25" SHF incoming, and arriving next week o_O

EDIT - I'd like to call it "Tide-Pool Damascus".

I just received a knife that I unnecessary bought, it was a hard decision to buy this one since it overlap with my Mora.

- I never have a knife from Finland (collecting knife from cultures).
- Practical modern take on practical traditional design.
- It has a good overall reputation.
- The 140mm is longer than the Mora, so not too similar the Mora like the 110mm version.
- I prefer stainless, but the stainless version is discontinued, and it was in 1.4110 like on Victorinox. 80CrV2 on the other hand, and I never used it before.
- At 63CA$, it is within my price range... but no sheath.
- Forgotten Weapon collaboration, a Youtube channel about firearm history, which I really enjoy and wanted to support for a long time. This is the final hit box that made me press the purchase.
