My only nitpick is that boker didnt counter sink the thumb disc so its flush with the spine

Likely explanation: Can't carry (owning, no problem, just no public carry) locking one-handers under German law. So German customers can remove the disk for carry, and not have an unsightly cutout in the spine.

Yes, just over two years of waiting they went from S35VN to MagnaCut. Cost increase (with the glass blasted handle) was about $150(+\-) from the initial order.

My first Magnacut blade and all around a great example of CRK workmanship, this and my Zaan will last me forever..

I love the idea of the Launch 15 in Magnacut for $135 and just ordered one. My Launch 13 has been great.
