ZT0450 & Buck 0342

Hope you are loving the 0450 and it's giving you less trouble than the CF one did! It was my first manual flipper and launched me into obsession. Such a great knife! (That little Buck looks cool too[emoji6])

Actually the first one I ordered was the regular 0450 as well. Either way the difference is night and day. As I was mentioning in another thread, when you have your hands at the very rear of the knife and are pushing the flipper down on the edge of a table and it still won't move, you gots a problem. New one flips like a dream. I still prefer my thumb stud knives. That little buck is a boss man. It doesn't flip as well as it should, but it's not pinned so I'm going to take it apart and clean and grease it and see if I can't get it moving a little better, detent is fine, just doesn't have much flip to it. Either way there is absolutely 0 play when opened and locked, when closed it's dead center and it's S30V. For $50 and a sub 3" knife I think this knife needs a lot more recommendations for an office blade.

Also just checked knifeworks and I may have gotten either the last or one of the last 0350s. Don't know if they have LE numbers on them since they were limited to 500, but to me #500 would be just as cool as #1.

A knock on my door today left this in my hands [emoji3]
Been wanting one for a long time !

The knife is old but the boots are new! :D

Are those Red Wings? I have a pair of Iron Rangers and love them. I wore them every day while working at a fabrication shop and now I use them as casual boots and occasionally even wear them with a suit. Probably the most versatile footwear in the world.

Yes! Red Wing Blacksmith, brand new. I have heard so many good things, finally pulled the trigger.

"Joined the new boot club [emoji14]" New hiking boots as of today and the Blade is one day old lol .

ZT 0350 in M390 & Spyderco Manix 2 in S110V

the 0350 is definitely a little larger then I hoped, but it will be used as my EDC when in the woods. Need to fix the clip so it is tip up, but other then that solid knife and flies open for a larger knife.

The Manix 2 was purchased with the whole purpose of box cutting and I can already tell you, as evidence by the tape residue still on the blade, it does a fantastic job. It was also my first exchange purchase and I couldn't be happier. I'm still not cookoo for Spydies in general, but this one was bought for a specific task and performs it exceptionally well.
