When I got the Medford Praetorian Ti one side had a surface that looked like a belt sander with 80 - 120 grit was used over it. Other side looked dull or possibly sand blasted. I used 800, 1000 and 2000 grit to get it mostly smooth. One spot seemed a little to deep with marks so I'm calling that the area of wind that the Eagle is flying through.;) At least I have tried my best to get an Eagle symbol on with my titanium anodizing job:

Got a mora garberg black carbon in mail today. Honestly like the handle on my bushcraft better but either way another great value knife from mora.
Pics should be mandatory in this thread, eh? 🤣

PS: I have one too - very good for the $60 I paid

Got a Spartan/Harsey fighter (the ka-bar collaboration) which I immediately stripped and mustard etched

That mustard etch looks great. Makes me want to try it out on one of my blades. Thank you for posting.

Got this cool deep carry clip, with a handwritten note from the owner of the company, along with some extra screws!

BTW, I was looking for a screw set for the Yojumbo, but mostly only found aftermarket screws for the YoJIMBO…. Does anyone know if they are interchangeable?

Just in today, a beautiful Phillip Patton Phillip Patton Stiff Horn in African Blackwood and AEB-L steel. Such a beautiful little gentleman’s knife. Great sleek lines.

Phillip’s Stiff Horn model has been one of my Grails I have “had to have” for some time and finally secured one.

Easily slicing paper and hair popping sharp!

I also got something special in my mailbox from @Gary W. Graley - a desktop or bedside watch stand. I'll probably keep my Luminox watch in this next to my bed, so I can see the time at night if I need to glance over, rather than having to hit my nightstand to make my apple watch light up. With tritium lume, I won't need to put the watch in the sunlight to get it to glow at night.

I popped the watch I was wearing onto it for pics - but with my watches on straps it will hold them perfectly in place. My watch is filthy, but that's what happens when I wear it most days...
