Because there are some social situations in which a 3.75 inch blade is frowned upon.

This surprise was waiting for me at home after the holiday. I really didn’t think the bronze/gold screws were going to happen, as they weren’t a factory option. But, somehow that crazy Carothers couple got them done for me! =)

Nice. Mine arrives Monday, and I'm second guessing getting Natural Micarta instead of black, after seeing a bunch of black ones but haven't seen any posted with natural micarta. I have a black DEK1 and a blue DEK1 and felt I needed to try something different.

Ha - I'm just the opposite. Most of my CPKs are natural or burlap micarta, which is why I chose black scales for this one. Either way, you can't go wrong.

In my continued quest for world domination, I present to you this past weeks incoming knives.

Dear lord man...

I suppose it's cheaper than a car collection ;)
My current car is a 2015 Subaru Forester XT (turbo) that I bought in August 2014, has about 75K miles, and looks and runs new. Keeping a 9 yr old car allows me to pursue other interests. Plus my 10 yr extended warranty doesn't run out until July 2024, and I need to break about $2800 more in stuff to get my money's worth...

EDIT x2 - I just checked and I have 5 in the mail and 11 pending pre-orders out there...
