Everyone's latest acquisitions!

I’m now in the club. And I get it. This just got here today from the exchange, after some record-breaking shipping - I only bought it Wednesday afternoon, and less than two days later it’s on my doorstep. Thank you, Landshark99 Landshark99 !!
What a beautiful knife. Light as a feather, but doesn’t feel light as a feather. And it just floats open and closed. I’m impressed all around.

glad you like it

Thoughts on this knife. The designer...sucks a rod.

It's the lock. The blunt edge of the lock. If you think you're going to fidget this thing. Expect pain. Releasing the lock causes a hot spot on your finger. I've adapted by using my thumb to release the blade. The generous finger choil makes it possible. The pocket clip is fine. Actually, it's a good design.

It's the lock that sucks.

One more little Panchenko for the week.

This could be my last purchase of Ontario Knives, other than maybe getting a backup Rat1 or Rat2 at some point down the road. I just had to get one of those Old Hickory butcher knives for the kitchen and the Spec Plus SP-8 is my first Coping Machete (essentially a rescue tool of unusual size), something I didn't have before. The coping machete will go into the my vehicle's pioneer kit (joining the shovel and axe) and displace the Cold Steel SRK, which will no doubt go on to enjoy life as a tactical gardening knife.
