Tell you what, Gentlemen. 8 inch is suppose to be the go to. 10 inch if you're commercial. But the 7 inch is the sweet spot. If you prepare jalapenos, onions, potatoes, garlic. For two people. The 7 inch is one slick knife.

Better than launching the knife. Group B is more resistant to corrosion.

Highly recommend Esnyx they are great Slipjoints in modern materials, hand rubbed satin finish it's smooth. They have other designs as well which are like a Sod Buster take and Cap Lifter.

Fresh off the exchange. Happened to show up just as my interest in CRK started piquing, as this was the style and finish I was most interested in.
