Just got this in today from a very generous member! It’s 12 of 25 from the 1st run of the knife art sebenza carbon fiber exclusive. I’m told it’s pretty rare which leaves me with the dilemma to carry or not.

Who am I kidding, it will be carried, just maybe not used. 😂

As far as getting my hands on an older well broken in CRK, all I can say is wow! Everything about it is buttery smooth!

New addition to the family! I've been looking hard at Helle knives for years now and finally took the plunge. It was a tough choice between the Helle GT and the Harding for my first knife of theirs, but the larger handle of the GT won out over the beauty of the Harding stacked handle. The hand polished satin finish on the Sandvik 14C28N, 4.7" blade is pretty and a lot thinner (0.126") than what you see with a lot of outdoorsy fixed blades these days that aren't skinners. It's got a stick tang through the curly birch handle that brings the weight down to a light 4.6oz, so it's probably not up to splitting a cord of wood, but it's no delicate flower either. I like that the hilt protects you from the blade but doesn't restrict you from moving you hand up over the spine of the blade. The GT takes its name from the final product emerging from suggestions by a visiting representatives from the German Globetrotter company to improve an existing Gunnar Lothe design.

Nice! Screebo almost talked me into pulling the trigger with him on one this afternoon, but it's too soon after buying my second Spartan Babe (but in Damascus steel this time)...

Its never too soon to buy another Spartan! 😂😂 2023's just dropped on DLT today...
