Got this grail in today! Pre-date Regular Large Sebenza. They added dates mid 97 to the slabs. So this was either 96-early 97. Thanks to @Vince000 on letting me add this beauty!!

VOTIX CF scales arrived for the Deka MagnaCut Wharnie. Aside from being an absolute pain in the ass getting the pivot back into the clip side, the end result looks and feels awesome. I had Blade Scales blue G10 scales, which were much better than the stock scales, but were a little thicker and took a good bit of time for the ABLE lock to wear in and slide smoothly. No such issue with these VOTIX’s - they’re noticeably thinner, so the lock buttons protrude a tiny bit more from the surface and are much easier to grab to operate. The clip is stone washed and actually darker than it looks in the pic, and matches the CF a lot better than it looks here. And while it was apart, I cleaned the washers and put a droplet of lube on ‘em, so now this thing is as smooth as rubbing two ice cubes together. I mean, it’s actually smoother now than my CRK’s. I liked this knife before … I love it now. Thanks to DocJekl DocJekl for posting his awhile back and giving me something else to spend money on. Totally worth it.

Nice Knife, however its not an Original Sebenza, its a Regular Sebenza.

I finally got a new Benchmade Claymore. I’m not normally a fan of autos, and I wasn’t even planning on buying an automatic but this one got my attention.

palonej palonej really made my whole week with this one. He reached out and offered to move his GB2 along to me, and it arrived today! Used my GB1 to open it, as I've been carrying the 1 for a couple months consistently, and it's really blown me away with it. I had both these knives years ago when I was still starting out, and ended up selling them because I was getting into more expensive knives. The joke was on me though, because these two are nicer than some of my knives that cost a hell of a lot more than these did (new OR on secondary). Just didn't have, or couldn't appreciate, what I had at the time, but I do now and won't make that mistake again! Spyderco really did have a hit with these. Man, what a great NKD.

The one knife I’ve always come back to is the original GB1 with solid liners and no stamp. I absolutely adore it, and I regret selling my first one from 13 years ago. Fortunately, I found one some years ago and I’ve kept it since. I really like my CRKs but I love the GB1.

Hey!!!!
I was under the impression you were borrowing it for a while!!!
😂😂😂😂
Enjoy it my friend!!

You know, I have wanted one on of these since they came out a few years ago but was never going to pay $6-900 on the secondary for one. When they restocked the other day I was shocked and snagged one but I’ll admit I’m not all that excited about it anymore. Maybe if I toss it in the safe and forget about it for a few years I’ll be so stoked about it again….hopefully lol
