I just received my Mini Bone Collector back from Benchmade, It had a broken Omega spring, and needed some blade centering. Anyhow looking at the invoice they replaced the springs, put in a new pivot, new axis lock, all new screws, adjusted, oiled, and sent a new clip with screws. Blade sits perfectly center now and they even threw in a free sharpening via Lifesharp (and I've gotta say they put a good edge on your knife:thumbup:) And It was back at my door in 9 days, not to shabby I think.

Can't say enough myself on their service, sent an AFO I had when in the Army of which the tip was broken approx. an 1/8", not only did they fix that but tightened it up and applied a new coating to the blade. Couldn't even tell it was a user at one time. EXCELLENT Customer Support!
