Just picked up a Hap40 Spyderco Meerkat from DLT. I asked them to look for a few things when picking out the knife and they definitely did. They even highlighted my requests on the receipt in the box, so I know they saw them and took them seriously. Last year they bailed me out when Knifecenter totally screwed up an order. It took the dimwits at Knifecenter about 5 weeks to finally admit that they couldn't fill an order despite numerous "We'll get that out to you right way, we really promise for real this time." Once I dumped them, DLT came in and filled the order immediately.

They earned my business and my loyalty at that point. Today I ordered a Spyderco Chaparral Ti from DLT, since they are being DCed and are a great price. Within 2 hours of the order, I got the shipping notification. Freaking incredible. @Jordan@DLT and the whole crew there are damned good at what they do.
