Excellent Warranty Service from BOKER

Well, I bought a Boker AF FD back in November. When I went to relocate the pocket clip for tip up carry, the loctite on the hex bolt caused it to strip.

I sent the knife in to Boker, and it was received on 03/08. I got a BRAND NEW Knife back today. My original was serial #040, and the new one is #075, but I am totally cool with it. Plus, the tech told me it was recently discontinued, so I feel real lucky!

Man, I love this thing! AND now I can open it with a wave method! :D

Glad to hear the issue was resolved. There isn't a whole lot of talk about Boker's warranty service here on the forums (whether positive or negative), so thanks for sharing your positive experience. I only own a couple of Bokers and haven't had any issues with them, but if your experience is any indication, I should be in good hands if I ever do have to send one of them in for service.
