Im not really big into traditionals, but I love the sodbuster pattern and the new GEC Bullnose in OD micarta is speaking to me! Has anybody picked one up or placed an order yet? My understanding is that it was released very recently.

I have an order in for both the linen and canvas versions. The pictures look great and I can't wait to see if they look as good in person.

Just received an email that mine shipped this morning. Looking forward to it.

Wow!! You mean GEC is bringing out a Bull Nose with OD Green micarta covers? I didn't know that. I'll have to look into it and order one of those.

Add me to the list of "Wow"

Never thought this would actually happen.

Just looked at it.

You all may think I am crazy but IMO this is as good as it can get from GEC. O1, OD linen micarta and the bullnose pattern is IMO the best feeling knife they make.

This IS the whole package for a work knife.

This is going to look awesome with a worn look and real patina.

A huge thumbs up to GEC for this one.

I received my linen model from Old Hundred today. Always excellent service and fast shipping. I must say it's a really nice looking knife. The feel of the micarta in hand is great. The scales are nicely polished and smooth to the touch. Micarta is a very appropriate cover material for this pattern. :)

And I wasn't aware there is a canvas version until today.

Got an OD Linen on the way too. I'm afraid this will have to replace my first run black bull nose :(. :)

I really like the looks of these new canvas and linen Micarta Bullnoses. Are the covers thinner than the black Bullnoses? Can anyone compare them to the new Queen Country Cousins? The Micarta Bullnose definitely has my interest.

Don't torment us... Nah, those are great pictures of a really nice looking knife!

My canvas order was still pending when I checked earlier. I can't wait for it to show up though. When it does, I believe I'm going to do a "only knife" EDC for a length of time with it.
