With God's good will today i finished a new and excusive flex B&T - the Trout. The knife is an excellent fit for both game preparation, fish filleting or even kitchen chores.

Specs are as follows:

- blade is 0.05" flex 12c27 stainless with a very slightly convexed grind - satin finish
- handle main material - Trout micarta
- liner - black v fiber
- bolster material - Gr 5 Titanium - Trout finish
- fittings are Loveless style screws
- handle is buffed to a nice glossy finish
