exduct.com Great customer service, have no fear ordering online from China!

I know that there are some particular Chinese knives (SRM, Enlan/Bee) that cause quite a stir around here, but there is no denying that these companies also produce some great original designs. Usually the only way to buy these knives are from websites and ebay sellers located in China and thus I'm sure that many are apprehensive placing orders.

From personal experience from several purchases, I can say that exduct.com is safe and reliable.

After having made several successful orders with Exduct.com, I recently had my first issue with a particular item. Without going into too much detail for fear of people taking advantage, they went above and beyond in resolving the issue. Not only was the resolution quite favorable, email responses from their customer service were very quick, friendly, and professional (Heck, I still have unanswered emails to a couple U.S knife companies from weeks ago, both companies start with "S").

Sure, shipping takes at least 2 weeks, but the value makes it worthwhile. And please do not make this thread political/legal and such and get it locked like so many SRM threads. This is a praise for their excellent support and service.

(Anyway, the knife is an Enlan EL-01, which appears to be an original design...and an amazing bargain)

I ordered a bunch of SRMs from from them when I got my Edge Pro Apex so that I'd have some very cheap (but still decent-quality) knives to practice sharpening on. Everything went perfectly, and of course the knives were a fantastic value. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again if I were in the market for SRM or Enlan/Bee knives at some point in the future (e.g., as inexpensive knives to give away to NKPs who see me carrying/using one of my knives and express an interest).
