Exiled Cutlery. FU42

I read it, I've watched his videos, I've read his website. I wasn't treated that way. Odds are, I wasn't the only one treated nicely.

I've read all about him and I've witnessed language in his videos and his website. I was treated nicely, odds are I'm not the only one.

Of course he's going to treat some people nicely, he's got hundreds of pounds of crappy knives to pawn off on the unsuspecting and unknowledgable.
If you read that thread, then you surely saw the part where he was restricting sales to only military and LEO's..... apparently he lied again or that business plan didnt work out so well.
All anybodies trying to tell you is YMMV and Caveat Emptor.
Try returning it and see how he treats you. I hear he can be quite vicious and vindictive.

I only felt a duty to inform.

Morgan-

Cool! Glad you had a good experience and are enjoying the product. I have also been doing a bunch of research on balisongs and would like to get one in the near future. I really like the classic look of the 42 but really for the money I have decided to either get a kimura or spend a little more and get a 51. I don't mind having to fettle but all in all I want a solid knife that I trust. In the end the FU42 is 90%+ (being generous) ccc.

Cheers

Hang out in the balisong forum. Those guys know their stuff and can give you pointers on getting some nice balisongs that are actually worth spending your hard earned money on.

And I know i should've said this earlier, but it's been a heckuva day today.
Welcome to Bladeforums! I hope you stick around and soak in all the knowledge available here.
