Experience with New Graham from overseas

I wanted a set of diamond rods for my Spyderco Sharpmaker and found some on the New Graham website for a good price. I live in Australia and websites aren't always set up to deal with people outside of the US.

I hadn't dealt with New Graham before and sent them an email asking for a shipping price on the diamond rods. With the time zone difference, instant replies don't happen but next morning was a response with a quoted shipping price that wasn't a whole lot higher than the rate charged within the US.

I purchased the rods and couldn't get the website to accept the quoted shipping charge but the people at New Graham sorted this out without fuss and the order was shipped immediately. The rods arrived within the nominated time frame and I am happy with them.

I note from this forum that good feedback for the New Graham people is hardly novel but good service always deserves a mention. I will have no hesitation in dealing with these people again.

I've bought a number of things from NG, they even found me a left hand Sebenza. Their shipping and service would have to be the best around.

Excellent people to deal with.
