I purchased a Wilderness Safepacker (and almost a lot of other stuff) from italianblade.com on January 16th, 2010. I received the generic Paypal email that money had been deducted from my account, but never received any contact from the site. I sent several emails to their customer service email address over the next week and still have not heard a peep from them. Today I went to their site (which was VERY professionally done) and was hit with a Service Unavailable page. Looks like they closed up shop, but kept taking orders they didn't plan on filling. I am in the process of a Paypal dispute, but those things are always headaches.
Has anybody ever ordered anything from this site? Anybody heard about their site going down, or does this appear to be what it is?
