I placed an order with them over 2 months ago for replacement lenses for my Raybans. While I was placing the order, they replied quickly to all my questions.
After I made the payment, I heard nothing for 6 weeks. I mailed them for an update on the status of my order, to which I received this mail
That was over 3 weeks ago and after sending them several more mails, I've had no reply.
This is another great example of poor communication. The company appears to be reputable, but 9 weeks with no word on when I can expect the parts is pretty disgraceful.
