I'm so blown away by the service that I received that I have to share. Just last Wednesday, 26-Jan, I sent one of my Nealy's -- a Damascus AiKuchi -- back for service via priority mail. The magnets had come up out of their recess & would not allow the knife to be resheathed.
Imagine my shock when UPS just rang my doorbell -- one week later -- with a package from Bud. While I can't be certain, it appears that he replaced rather than repaired the faulty sheath. But that's not all... He also included a complete new set of MCS attachments! (I hadn't returned mine since it was just the sheath that needed repair.)
I tell ya, folks, customer service just doesn't get any better than this!
