I am glad you guys are OK! Sorry to hear that. Bluebirds!

Thanks Daniel!
Do you have bluebirds at your house?

Stellar Jays... They are huge and live in pairs, we have two living in the blue spruce just outside of our living room.

They only live around the elevation I am at so they are not very common.

That sucks about the VW, good luck on everything. I had a '76 Super Beetle for a while...

Morning y'all!

Rolf, here ya go... this isn't a new problem to VW.

If you can't read it, this is what it says...

"Women are soft and gentle, but they hit things. If your wife hits something in a Volkswagen, it doesn't hurt you very much. VW parts are easy to replace. And cheap. A fender comes off without dismantling half the car. A new one goes on with just ten bolts. For $24.95, plus labor. And a VW dealer always had the kind of fender you need. Because that's the one kind her has. Most other VW parts are interchangeable, too. Inside and out. Which means your wife isn't limited to fender smashing. She can jab the hood. Graze the door. Or bump off the bumper. It may make you furious, but it won't make you poor. So when your wife goes window-shopping in a Volkswagen, don't worry. You can conveniently replace anything she uses to stop the car. Even the brakes."

Had a good weekend, gotta get ready for work now.

Daniel, Stellar's Jays are really cool. I used to watch them at my grandparents place, thy are really smart, remind me a bit of Magpies with all the things they could figure out. 'Round here I have Scrub Jays, big ugly blue jays, just as smart and even more a neusance. Lots of wild finches too.

We have lots of Magpies too, they hang out all winter. They are very smart, in the fall it is a serious battle for acorns between the birds and the squirrels.

The Stellar Jays shake the trees and make a ton of noise, they will shake them and scare the squirrels off and take all the acorns the squirrels drop. many times I thought they were deer because of the noise.

Xander, I hope you and the wife had a great weekend in San Francisco!

Good morning y'all!
Daniel,The Danialsong is looking SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saved one of those wild finches from my cat the other day.The cat was pissed!
Have a good day everyone!

What do you guys think? It is a sleek one at 8".

It is a boot or dive knife, I consider a slightly different tip for diving too, it can be modded that way also.
CPM154 is my first choice with Ti and a super rust resistant stainless considered as well

Morning fockers!

D- I'd like to see a version with a tip more pry usable for snorkling/diving/beach combing.... looks nice otherwise as it is for a boot knife/sticker :D

Ugh...stellar jays.. scrub jays... we have em both... sap suckers, red naped, pileated woodpeckers, flickers, nuthatches, gold finches, varied thrushes, grosbeaks, robins, chickadees, several others I am forgetting at the moment.. TURKEYS, bastards... lol yes we "bird".. and our property is pretty much a refuge... lately its crazy time for birds here.. super fun for the most part.. cept this one, same ONE.. .a robin of all things.. attacks our corner windows daily.. its been going on for over 3 wks now.. I'm about to go shoot the damn thing (if I were one to shoot animals.)...

MORE PICS OF BALI :D :D

edit: I had a 69 squareback, thing was sweeeeet.. slammed with 165s in the rear, and 135s in the front! :D short link shift and dual delortos on the block... thing was funnnnnn.. then I had a 72 camper bus with a 911 dual carb engine.. torque'y as HELL and could burn out! lol killed both of them though, doh! fun times.. fun times...

Xander!! TOO funny! That's the same side that Annick hit!
You did make her feel better. Thanks man!
Bird watching is a really cool hobby! Give it a try! Sloth, try hanging up streamers on your window(s).
Thanks dudes!~

I'll have to draw the diving style tip in, I think I would do two versions. Think blunt reverse tanto for the tip, not sharp and for prying... different grind too, high saber with strong tip. Skeleton style with deeply chamfered holes...

Cool on the bird watching, we enjoy it as well. My parents just saw a Painted Bunting... man they are cool. I just saw the Stellar Jays, soon the hummingbirds will be around too.

Will do on the Bali! I'm waiting for the sun here. We're going to town tomorrow and I'm going to pick up some cheap light fixtures for indoor photos too, the last couple I had bit the dust.
