Come on Man! Check the links that 1shot1kill posted, or just go to the Hinderer website and look through the gallery. MOST OF THE HINDERERS OUT THERE HAVE NO LOGOS. As previously stated he just started doing the flaming horse-sit and USA in 2012. He changed this last run, it has color in the laser etch, also the most recent ones thumb studs are rounded on the top tier. I heard/read somewhere that he did it because of the fakes, I can't confirm that. If you're seriously concerned send Rob Orlando a message w/some pics, he'll set you straight. I doubt very much that you bought 5 fakes here. The fakes that I have seen are very easy to detect. They do have some newer ones that are closer but still different. That guy at the local shop, well I wouldn't trust his opinion, he clearly doesn't know much about the history of Hinderer if he says they all have logos, there was a CTS-XHP etched in older productions but no Hinderer. If you take your knives apart and all the hardware works on the different knives that would indicate they are real. If you get some standoffs from Monkey edge or Hinderer and they fit that would also help confirm. Check the washers, real XM's have white teflon, no brass/bronze. The clip screws should be phillips head if the knives are made w/in the last 5 or 6 years. The scales screws are all hex. The blade is 3/16 on an xm-18 3.5 I think, but anyway check all your blade thickness w/a caliper, if they are less than 3/16" there's a problem, they should all be the same too. Try to match up all you scale screw holes, if all 5 knives are the same I'd doubt they were fakes.
