Fake or Real Strider?

Not a huge fan of Strider as a company and really the well known models didn't click to me,
but I handle few that I purchased for friends from overseas. Below are couple of pictures from a model that I
purchased from a US online dealer with very good reputation, to me it is 100% real. Pictures are for comparing only,
this-one looks to me either very old model, or just fake. Never seen Strider with Bos logo on it but it could be an old model
that's why I'm not dismissing the possibility...
Every Strider I handled have much more define but shallow writings, this looks like well made copy.

The double choil is a dead giveaway.

this is genuine!


strider have had several generations and different characteristics, but unfortunately the thread start does not respect any of these characteristics.
I'm sorry but it's a Chinese copy
 
It looks fake to me. The stop pin is off compared to what i have.

But then im no Strider expert so 🤷‍♂️

Edit: everything seems off and a bit cheap.

I have never handled any Striders that old but that stamping does seem off. It does not seem as crisp as it should be.
 
I can't see the photo's, but old Striders did have Bos logos. He did the heat treat for them then.
 
It's probably just me but anytime someone posts a thread about is this XXXXX real or fake I just go with the default - it's fake and you know it.
 
No, I don't. This is why I am here. It seemed to me that people here know there stuff or may be they think they know
