Very cool pics. Neato to know of the caves too. I always wonder about caves. They seem like ideal shelter, but I bet they're cold. Was there a spot in there where a fire had been lit??? Was the ceiling smoke blackened?
Nice pics! I really miss those fall colors!!
You folks in the NE are just about the only ones in the world (except for a tiny section of Siberia) that get the incredible mix of colors from the trees. We get some beautiful red maples here, Colorado gets great golden aspens, and Maine gets the blue green of the evergreens. Every area gets some beautiful color. But NY state, MA, CT. and Vermont get all the colors of the rainbow, all at the same time! Fantastic!
