Fallkniven A1 Blade Finish

A1 is my favorite knife. Au natural because it was cheaper- and easier to spot when I *accidentally* throw it. Speaking of which, after tossing it into stumps many dozens of times I haven't yet discovered any significant damage to the handle. My only quibble is the plastic sheath, with doesn't provide maximum retention in trying times. I wrapped it in cord which tightened the sheath up nicely though.
I can think of no good reason to not own an A1. It's awesome- apocalypse knife.
 
You are going to love it, especially if you are good at sharpening convex blades.

My .02 is that with a week of using it, you will retire a lot of your old blades to the 'also ran' drawer.
