Fallkniven volcano tang!!! Weak?

Not surprised the wooden handle cracked; cocobolo is pretty but a bit brittle, apparently. Stick tangs have been around practically forever and rarely fail, particularly if the grip is sturdy enough. Batoning calls for a thicker one though, I have to agree.
