Delrin was also used to make guitar picks. After Tortice shell was outlawed cellular was used, but it isn't very durable and the Delrin picks would last longer.

Nowadays there is a new product called Vespel that is even tougher, but cost way more. That pick on the right cost $35.00. They sell them by the truck load.

The broken one on the left is a hand me down from my dad that he may have been given by his dad. It came to me broken. I carried it but always worried I would break it further. So I found the next one only to notice the pins are cracking the plastic...

Stamped "Imperial Ireland" on both the large blades.
