I call this a skinner because the first one I made, was made on the design of a friend who was going to use it for skinning. It is 1/4" steel, so it is pretty thick. I consider it more of a mini camp axe.
It is 1095 steel, clay coated and with filework.
The handle is natural canvas micarta with a mosaic in the middle.
The sheath is 8oz. leather and the knife snaps into place and is also held with a keeper strap.
Dimensions
Blade - 4" tip to handle
OAL - 9"
This is an order that seems to have fallen through. It has been sitting around the house since before summer, so it needs a new home, thus the reduced price.
Price - $245 shipped to US. I prefer paypal to matt@baileyknives.com, but will accept check or money order also.
The first "I'll take it" gets it.
