Favorite Becker EDC

It's legal to carry any knife in Florida, with the exceptions of federally restricted knives (i.e. butterfly or switchblades), but you can't conceal anything more than a 4" folder...

I would say BK2 is my EDC, but that's not true, my latest EDC is an $8 folder that works pretty well given it's price. I just don't want to deal with someone calling the cops on me because I'm carrying a 'weapon'.... For crying out loud people, Boy Scouts has no rules on knives other than state laws! Oh, wrong place for that rant, anyhow if I really wanted to it's legal, so if you guys wanna carry your machaxes or your 9s around as EDC, then move to Florida, or another state that allows it I guess, but Florida needs more people that know about knives.

True. I carry my bk2 all day here in FL, even got stoped once and cop asked me if I had weapons I said nope just my camp knife,he said nothing to me

I was workin house demolition again today, so my BK2 rode on my right hip all day long. useful bugger in that kinda work! I walked thru the grocery store and a gas station with it, bright orange on it and all. Nobody even noticed or at least they didnt comment LOL

I just got a BK14 and BK11
The Bk14 is my favorite!

What is the name of said eight dollar folder?
It's cool that something that cheap can be said to preform well.
Is it an Opinel?

bk 11  so far my favorite knife ive ever owned .and cold steel ultra lock .been carrying the 11 for years now . The cs ultra lock has been getting the most pocket time of all the folders I have . Oh and I have also been carrying a sog para tool that I bought off a member here.

You mean no one stopped the guy with the knife beastly enough to skin a buick on his hip to make small talk? People these days.

It's a TacForce Speedster model, I don't know what the actual model name is, but it's more of pretty looking knife at first glance, the grip is a metal plate screwed on to the liner, and for the minimal use it gets, it does perform amazingly, I use it mostly for striking flint, maybe playing with fuzz sticks, it's far from a hard use knife, but it's good enough until I get my Ove back from Rebreg, makers of the mystery metal in the black and orange 'survival' knives, which will be my EDC until I get an 11, in which case it'll still be part of my EDC.

Pfffft... Buicks are all plastic these days... Can it skin a Humvee?

It can do more than skin a Humvee, it can filet a howitzer!
