For me, Legos. I could build anything with Legos. Helos with linked main and tail rotors, cars with differentials and rack n pinion steering. The potential of this toy was limited only by my imagination. I also really liked cap guns and only got to play with them at the grandparents since my mom is anti anything that LOOKS violent.

Mine was a Big Wheel. I loved that thing!

No, not really. I actually really liked playing with wooden blocks.

I liked legos a lot too, but appropriately enough, my FAVORITE "toy" was my Schrade Old Timer stockman. Boy, I had a lot of fun with that knife.

My favorite toys were my Hot Wheels, I had a huge collection and we actually played with them! My Aurora Slot Car set and although not a toy my real favorite thing was my Daisy BB Gun...

Probably my Johnny West action figures when I was young and when I was a little older my single pump bb gun. I could hit anything with that gun. Anything that would get me in trouble anyways.

Big Wheel, Matchbox & Hot wheels cars, Red Ryder BB gun & Backyard Baseball & football & tramploine. Most time at any past-time though, was playing in our creek/at waterfall and exploring our woods/wilderness. I have found numerous arrowheads and knives from the Cherokees that were once settled here! Also, some gold flakes and an abundance of quartz & Mica. Some Tourmaline also.

I had everything a young boy could want!

It was awesome.

My first knife given by my mom was a SAK Classic keychain knife. That meant a lot coming from such a liberal mom.

Big Wheel. Metal Robot with chest that opens to reveal 2 flashing guns. Some kind of 3-wheel tryke type thing with a joystick that was called an "X" something or other. Corgi toy cars. Hotwheels and Matchbox cars. Right on.

My Dad got me a cap gun that looked just like a Thompson when I was 4,it was awesome!Got my first BB gun when I was 7,Mom was cool!

Hotwheels, Transformers, BB-Gun, Rubik's Cube, but the best thing of all was my 10-speed bike I bought with my own lawn-mowing money. I owned that thing from 13 until I turned 25, and my wife made me finally give it up. Used it through high school, and college.

I was into knives and guns from a very early age. When I was little tv was all cowboy shows and I was into all the cowboy stuff -- boots, hat, vest, bandana, I even had a pair of chaps. We would go shopping and I would swagger along Main Street in full regalia with a pair of full-size revolvers that hung almost to the ground. That gunbelt also had a derringer at the small of my back but three guns weren't enough -- I would usually insist on bringing my lever-action Winchester rifle too. (Made by Mattel, bought from the Sears catalog.)

Later I had the Man from U.N.C.L.E. kit guns -- you'd start with a Luger and add a shoulder stock, barrel extension, telescopic sight ...

There was also a thing that looked like a camera that turned into a pistol. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CtYBuYXFwg That rocked. I also had a toy rifle that looked like a M14 & fired spring-loaded bullets. (can't find it online- & won't waste any more time looking...
And then there was the freakin Sonic Blaster- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7E1JO6bADeQ&feature=channel one of my uncles (who was at the time too old to mess w/ toys) had one at my grandmother's house. Dangerous as hell- the blast of air would deafen you of it hit you on the side of the head.
