I'm usually a huge spyderco fan but I don't really enjoy "flipping" thumb-hole knives as much as I do thumb studs, my favorites to flick are as follows-
Flippers:
Spyderco Southard
CRKT Ripple
Manual Kershaw shallot

Non flippers:
Ontario rat 2
ESEE Zancudo
Benchmade 710, 707 & 556
Spyderco sage 3 (very weak detent plus the lock makes it fun even with the hole)
