mine is micarta. grippy when wet and looks very nice on any knife.

For me, it's just plain old (black) G-10.

Carbon Fiber is my Favorite Handle Material by far! Followed by G-10 / Micarta / then Stag and or Jigged Bone... I don't care much for the Alloys or Wood...

On fixed blades I prefer wood. Cocobolo, quince burl, desert ironwood, etc. Bone and stag are OK too.

On pocketknives, I really like the fancy celluloids, mother of pearl, and cattle horn. Again, bone and stag are OK too.
