Favorite Kershaw Knife?

An old red Blur was my favorite for years as an EDC - then that S30V version. They shared duties with Leeks and a Scallion - all nice. A Made-in-Japan Gentleman's Folder (VG-10) was nice, too. Christmas brought me a JYDII CB - wow!! Then I bought a Zing.

Well, I guess if I had to give just one - it'd be the one I haven't heard of yet. Since the demise of the Kershaw branded sub-forum, I just haven't been kept informed - sad to say. Of what I've experienced, the JYDII CB is nice.

Kershaw 25th Anniversary

This knife was by far the hardest knife for me to track down yet. I still feel a sense of accomplishement every time I look at that knife. It also doesn't hurt that it is stunning to look at and has a feel that is unrivaled by any past Kershaw (and likely any future Kershaw).

Needs Work. I love the look of it and it was my first Kershaw. I love the blade shape and angle of the knife. 2nd fav is the Storm.

On my "to get list"..
Ram
od-1

The original KO U.S made Random Task. It was a real novelty back then w/asst.ed open. I don't really use it much though as the liners are stainless and tend to rust easily here due to the humidity...if it was made w/ Ti liners it would be a home run though IMHO.

If they are indeed stainless, that's pretty odd. Mine has Ti liners as well
as the clip. You sure they're stainless? See if a magnet will stick to them.

My edc is a 1620 Frame lock serrated Scallion. As far as I am concerned, it is the best edc knife out there. Assisted opening, easy one-handed operation, two types of cutting edge, safety lock... And best of all it is is legal pretty much anywhere I go. What's not to like? I carried the regular scallions for years before the frame lock came out, and they were great. But the slimmer grip and more robust frame lock blows the liner lock versions away. About the only thing I wish I could have is a composite blade like on some of their larger knives.

What is your favorite Kershaw knife? I only have 2 Scallions and 1 RAM and I really like them. I would like to get a couple more different ones and would like to know which ones some of you really like as EDC.

Since I am getting my 29th Kershaw in a trade...I guess I can add my 2 cents.

Since my 28th is also on it's way and is supposed to be awesome (G10 Tyrade)..putting that to the side, some of my faves that I actually use (not stare at and admire) are:

Cyclone (PE Mini or Maxi)
Needs Work
Blur
Packrat
RAM

Now if you want to get a beauty to gaze at or just to collect, the original Tyrade and the Offset are gorgeous!

A kershaw that gets a lot of love in this forum (or I should say the Old Kershaw forum) that I didn't care for was the Skyline. Too light and just doesn't feel right for my tastes.

I only have one but I really like it. Blackcolt 2 , nice little folding hunter that is light weight yet very solid feeling.

They all take their turns in the EDC line-up, but a current fav is the black R.A.M. with Grip Clip:
