favorite knife movie

surprised no one has mentioned Predator yet, Jack Crain's knifes featured prominently in that flick

I wanted one of those Predator Machette's in the worst way, but never had that much cash to get one

The Edge, all the way. It demonstrates the usefulness of a high-quality, reliable knife in all situations, and it features a custom locking folder as a work of art. This is the movie I recommend that my colleagues watch when they ask me 'why do you carry a knife all the time?' (not that I expect to skin any Kodiaks in downtown Ottawa ...).

I also like the way that the knife is situated in the film; it's not a matter of 'big scary knife = automatic survival' - rather, it proposes that 'good working knife + knowledge and a level head = improved chances at surviaval.'

If not already mentioned THE EYE OF THE NEEDLE is a bad wicked movie. What out for Gerber switchblades!

I fall in love with that actress everytime I watch it!

The Edge has my vote. It's one of my favorite movies, period. The only thing I ever found wrong with the movie was the fact the movie was supposed to take place in Alaska, but was filmed in Alberta.I know it's off the subject, but the bush is the bush, so what's the harm in saying it took place in Alberta?
