Newgraham is about the best I have bought from.

If going ebay I have really had good deals with knivesflacowboy.

I check Cutlery Shoppe first, then Tom Berry at spydercovt, then Knifeworks, then Knifecenter. I've heard good things about New Graham but I've never personally bought from them. Looks like I'll have to check out National Knives.
