Sometimes a difficult choice, one word of caution on listing would be, first make sure they are a supporter of Bladeforums, it just helps all around in that respect, while there are LOTS of places to buy that are great, if they don't support our forum, it's just bad form to list here, my .02 on that. As TravisH pointed out, see the listing of supporting dealers here
But, of the folks that I've dealt with I'd also recommend
New Graham Knives, haven't bought in a while but they are great to work with
Knifeworks also has taken a lot of my money over the past couple of years
of course they returned the favour by sending me sharp toys to play with !
