Favorite "overkill" knife?

Swamp Rat Rodent Waki.

Or my ZT0300. It's a heavily modded tank.

Anyone with any sort of knife collection probably has at least one they would consider "overkill," as in it's simply overmatched for all but the most extreme (and implausible) uses.

A knife stamped with "Pakistan" to be overkill in any circumstance? More like underwhelmed. :p

Most would say its overkill but I don't find that to be the case with what I tend to do...extreme is how I'd term it perhaps:

Nice video link, Phil:thumbup: I've been wanting a Waki REAL bad, but just can't justify it right now. Too many domestic responsibilities:(

Maybe it's for the best. I'm beginning to question my sanity since I can't walk around my apartment without fighting off imaginary ninjas.:p

I was goofin around on ebay and found this "kali style bowie" as described by the maker for $70. It had a paracord wrapped handle so I had Phillip Dobson put some black palm scales on it. I think it looks cool but really I don't have much use for a 15" fighter.:D

my Pohl Force Alpha One is a truly great and tough big folder, and it's also my most over the top one considering my average cutting needs. Still, very recommended!

I don't have an "Overkill" Knife, all of mine have uses for me, there are some cheap-o impulse but knives that I would never put through hard use, but because they're cheap and would probably break and they're much cooler on my shelf.

Rodent Waki and the ZT0200. Sadly, I'm selling my ZT :( Need to fund other purchases....but I'm planning to pick one up again in the future.

Busse Combat Nuclear Meltdown Fusion Battle Mistress. All my larger blades would more properly be called "swords", not knives.

Yup. Make sure you sand it down nicely to a 3M satin finish. Then use a Bernzomatic propane torch. Before you torch, make sure it is Ti first. Then make sure it is clean (windex, alcohol) and then don't handle it with bare hands. Let it air cool.

A machete that I ground out, although I get some good use out of it...
